Buck is passionate about serving our clients through thorough project planning, clear and frequent communication, and giving each project the attention it deserves. He loves the creative design aspects of the project, and turning our client’s vision into a functional space.

Our focus on customer experience means that Buck has his hand in nearly all of our projects. He takes all initial meetings, designs all of our cabinetry layouts, helps Daniel put together our proposals when needed, problem solves during the construction phase of our projects, and completes end-of-project meetings with our clients to see how we can be improving our services.

As a former middle school teacher, Buck realized his love for carpentry and construction while on a phone call with his sister. Jill Hogue, a middle school teacher herself, was offering Buck advice on classroom management strategies. She named a book that she believed would be very helpful for Buck to read.  It turns out, he already owned the book, and had yet to crack it open. As she’s talking, he sees his feet propped up on a coffee table that he built in his spare time, next to a book about house framing. He realized in that moment that while he loved working with kids, he did not desire to learn how to be a good teacher. What he was passionate about was learning about construction and woodworking.

Buck started our business as a home improvement company: completing a lot of projects such as fences, porch covers, and interior carpentry repairs. Due to the help of many people along the way, we have been able to grow into the full service remodeling company we are today.

He desires not only to serve our clients, but our community as well. He is a mentor dad at Aggieland Pregnancy Outreach‘s teen parent support group, The Real Men / Mama Club. He also desires for our business to assist in the building efforts of Tiny Hope Village: a local organization focusing on providing a housing community for the homeless. He has a heart for the underprivileged and those who don’t have a voice.

He is married to Renee, who also helps run the business. They live in Bryan, in a house that will never stop needing remodels. They have three children, Olivia, Scarlett, and Stephen, who keep them plenty busy!
