Buck’s team gave our kitchen an update with new flooring, countertops, backsplash, lighting, and cabinet fronts. Our old functional but ugly laundry room is now a beautiful room with a new layout and cabinets. The work was completed on time and on budget which is so rare these days. He also did a wonderful job previously coordinating our master bath remodel. They replaced our retro cultured marble tub and shower with a stand alone tub and beautiful tile shower. Wallpaper removal, new flooring, counter tops, fixtures, and lighting brought us into this century. They worked around our schedule and finished on time. We highly recommend Buck!
We hired Buck the Builder to give our kitchen a facelift. We told him our design ideas as well as asked for ideas to increase overall function within our budget. He and his team were great to work with. They cleaned up the site every day and showed up when they said they would. They provided quality work while getting us back to a working kitchen as quickly as possible. We absolutely love our kitchen. The custom fridge surround Buck designed provided so much extra storage in an otherwise wasted space. As a mom of 3, this cabinet is probably my favorite part of the renovation.🤪 We can’t wait to hire them for our next space!
We had a wonderful experience with Buck the Builder for our full kitchen remodel. From the very beginning, the process was detailed and clear–no surprises with scope of work, pricing, etc. Their whole team (including subcontractors) did excellent work, stayed on schedule, kept everything clean, and communicated well. The process was very thorough and ensured we were clear on all aspects of the project before we even began. Once the project started there were few surprises. Our project manager David kept us informed every step of the way and was always willing to help us understand what to expect. I nicknamed the sub contractors the “construction elves” because while I knew they were there, they worked efficiently and always left our home much cleaner than expected. It is clear that Buck has high expectations for himself and his team. They understand they are working in someone’s home–it isn’t just a project. Buck and his crew remodeled our kitchen and bathroom, built an additional outside entry with porch, and did additional cabinets. Everything turned out fabulous! Their crew is wonderful. Ashely, Devin, and Hunter are masters at their craft. David the Foreman was very responsive. The subs they used were also great and very professional Our home is 100+ years old and the crew was ingenuous at working around issues and willing to do changes at needed. Buck and Renee’s ideas added functionality and charm to the finished product. I would totally recommend them and would definitely use them again.

It was finally time to rip the entire kitchen out and start over – 1950 was a very long time ago and there were big problems with basic functionality. The sink area was a disaster and the cabinets were cheaply made. Buck made the process as head-ache free as possible, had great vision to help us get where we needed to go, stayed in touch, and built the heck out of the new cabinets. Couldn’t be happier. I’ve worked with a ton of contractors and I’m happy whenever I can find an outfit that builds quality into the project at every turn. I think these cabinets will last another 70 years – when it will be someone else’s problem! His entire team was great: warm and professional.

Buck and his team completed a full kitchen remodel for us. We could not be happier with how it turned out! All of the sub contractors were professional and you could tell they took pride in their work. The new PSA process meant we knew exactly what the cost of the remodel was going to be before we got started. We were able to pick all the finishes within our budget without being surprised by the cost of an upgrade once things got started. We decided to remodel our 30 year old master bathroom. After much research I relied on reviews and Buck’s website to make our choice. Lucky for us it turned out to be an exceptionally organized, tidy, and professional experience. You can expect Buck to meticulously work through all of your plans. I would highly recommend taking his advice on the quality of your selections. You will know every step of the way what will come next, when you need to pick things out, and who will be coming to your home. There is never a big lag in the work. Everyone who works with him were polite, neat, knowledgeable, and talented. If anyone is new you can see them being taught by the experienced craftsman. I have nothing but respect and appreciation for the carpenters, plumbers, drywall guy, painter, tile guys, electrician, and the glass shower installers. Buck’s project manager, David, was exceptional. He kept everything going smoothly from beginning to end. Can’t wait for our next remodel.
I have used Buck the Builder’s services previously on a bedroom and bathroom remodel and was extremely impressed with Buck’s work, so it was a no brainer to go with what you know, again! First off, Buck’s approach is very professional. He’s extremely organized from beginning to end and provides you with a statement of work, including a very detailed what, when, where and budget and he sticks right with it all the way through. With my first remodel, he came in just under budget and with the second remodel, which was much more involved (took a screened in porch and turned it into 300 sq. ft. of beautiful, usable space). It’s now a lovely sitting/reading room, with lots of open light and space. The flooring was treated concrete and along with the brick that was part of the porch, turned into a unique and clean design that added a whole different texture to the inside of my house. He has great vision and can help your dream become a reality. He will be doing more work for me in the future. Buck rates way better than 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!
Buck The Builder simply goes above and beyond when it comes to customer relations. They are wonderful to work with and the kind of people you would want in your home. I particularly appreciate their attention to detail and how they walk clients through the selections process. It can be very overwhelming trying to select flooring, counters, paint colors and fixtures to come together as a cohesive whole. Their expertise when it comes to colors truly elevates their final product way above the average remodeler. Can’t recommend them enough for your renovation project… they are all around good people whose value hard work!
We had a small job of installing a hood vent to fix a builder issue. Buck and his team were wonderful to work with. He answered all of our questions and gave us several options to choose from. He was good at offing insight into potential issues and the solutions for them. The whole crew that worked on our project was great! Everyone was professional, friendly, and always kept us informed on what the next step was going to be. The kitchen came out even better than I had imagined. Top-notch craftsmanship. A highlight of my experience with them is how swiftly they responded to my phone calls, emails and text messages.Their subs also reflected their service-friendly attitude. Another very positive element to working with Buck the Builder was how timely the work was done and completed. This factor showed me they were thorough in planning and scheduling so the project stayed on schedule. I can’t say enough about our experience with Buck. His craftsmanship is superb but his character is also exceptional. He is honest, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with. We will not go to anyone else for our projects or contracting needs. We hired him for a project that was a little outside the box and we are thrilled with the outcome. If you are looking for a carpenter that is a reliable communicator, cares and has a true passion for his work, this is your guy. He lays out the costs of his jobs very well. His subcontractors are professional and reliable as well. Buck remodeled my kitchen and basically executed my vision perfectly.
Buck and his team did some remodeling in our master bath. They converted one side of our bathroom from a leaky shower surround and junky bath tub into a huge tiled walk in shower for us. It turned out amazing and we still can’t believe the gorgeous shower is in our house!
I had not personally seen Buck’s work but knew of his character. We completed a full kitchen and master bath remodel as well as flooring in part of the house. While NO remodel is without bumps, it was always a pleasure to work with Buck. He is very responsive (returning calls within the hour) and was excellent at problem solving without breaking the bank!

Buck the Builder provided an excellent experience for the work we had done. We lowered the bar height counter and replaced the granite and a few kitchen appliances. It was the easiest remodel job we’ve been through. Extremely professional and proficient. Highly recommended!
